New Orleans police are asking for the public's help in locating a woman missing from her Mid-City?neighborhood. Lawanda Groomes, 32, was last seen Monday at 10 a.m. at the intersection of S. Broad Street and Banks Street, according to police.
Groomes' husband dropped her off at work, and hasn't heard from her since. The husband is concerned for Groomes' well-being, police said.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Lawanda Groomes is asked to call the NOPD's non-emergency line at 504.821.2222.
